This is a notification of upcoming System Maintenance on our Simply Bits / Ting Internet network on Thursday October 24th that will affect customers located in the Mount Lemmon Region within the following areas:
Community of Summerhaven (Westside) Palisades N Miners Ridge Rd. North of E. Ski Run Rd. S. Willow Canyon South of Mt. Lemmon Hwy @ E. Organization Ridge Rd.
The maintenance window is as follows:
Wednesday October 24th beginning at 7am through approximately 5pm (TUCSON MOUNTAN TIME)
The impact of this maintenance will result in a complete outages during this time frame. Once maintenance has been completed, your service will be automatically restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but, we appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to make improvements to our network in support of our Simply Bits - Ting Customers.
