Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with our VoIP network service, after multiple reports of intermittent and random issues of phones not being able to make or receive calls, while still appearing online and connected to the service. We are still looking into this on our end and do not yet have an ETA for resolution, or any further information. We will post updates as they become available.
This is affecting all VoIP customers on the SimplyBits network in Arizona.
