To our Arizona customers, monsoon season is upon us! Did you know that your internet service can become degraded or unusable during inclement weather events? Extreme high winds and hard downpour may possibly affect the position of equipment. "Rain Fade" can affect line of sight to our Towers, as well as moisture to exterior cabling can cause temporary disruptions to your service. Please note during severe weather events we are unable to resolve issues until after the weather has passed.
